Ingredients
- 5 drops of Rosemary
- 5 drops of Roman Chamomile
- 5 drops of Lavender
- Water or witch hazel
Directions
Add oils to Glass spray bottle
Fill the rest with water or witch hazel
Shake before each use
Spray the mist around your dog, staying away from the face. I will often spray the mist into the palms of my hands and massage around the neck, back, and chest to help with relaxation.
- Just for the record, this can also be used on humans to achieve calming!
