
I love the smell of this blend, but I especially like the affects of it when one of us has a hard time falling asleep, staying asleep, or has elevated stress levels. We all have a roller bottle of this.
Essential oils for Sleep/ Insomnia/ Stress
5 drops Cedarwood supports pineal gland – releases melatonin
4 drop Lavender calming, soothing and helps reduce stress
4 drops Peace & Calming calming, relaxation and a sense of peace
3 drops Roman Chamomile relieves anxiety, promotes sleep
Place oils in a roller bottle and add carrier oil. I prefer fractionated coconut oil, but jojoba oil, or vitamin E oil, work well also. Shake before each use. Store in a cool dark place – like your bedside table, or bathroom drawer!
